HOW DOES MY CLIENT SIGN THE CONTRACT?
The client will sign the contract via their personal online portal in HoneyBook where they will review this proposal, contract, invoice, and any other correspondence needed all under one umbrella.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER FEE?
The retainer fee amounts to a non-refundable deposit of half the total proposed amount. The wedding date will be reserved for one week after the contract has been sent. After that the date will be re-opened for other potential clients.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
The remaining balance is required one month before the client's wedding date. You may conveniently make this payment through their online portal, accepting both credit card and bank transfer. For those outside the US, payment can be made via PayPal.
HOW IS TRAVEL HANDLED?
If travel beyond the 60-mile radius is required, it will be seamlessly incorporated into the client's wedding proposal as a single, comprehensive flat rate. All travel arrangements will be made by Kelsey Jonvea.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Engagement sessions are up to 60 minutes and located within 4 hours of the Greater Lake Tahoe Basin or within a 60 mile radius of where I am traveling unless booking an "elevated engagement session".
WHEN DO TRAVEL FEES APPLY?
For all events, the first 60 miles are included. All miles in excess of 60 miles roundtrip are charged at $1 per mile. Hotel expenses will be included in proposal if travel is over 12o miles roundtrip from the photographer's official address. Airfare, lodging, and auto transportation will be included in proposal for locations over 400 miles from the photographer's official address.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?
Payments will be made through the client's online portal. accepting both credit card and bank transfer. Checks may be made out and sent to photographer's address under Kelsey Rosser. For those outside the US, payment can be made via PayPal.
IS THERE A FEE FOR PAYING FOR A CREDIT CARD?
There is not a processing fee. Everything is included in the final proposal.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?
Checks may be made out to Kelsey Rosser and sent to photographer's address. Given upon request.
